These product terms apply to the optional paid Pro features of Cloudata Text Expander and supplement Cloudata's Terms of Sale and Subscription. CLOUDATA SOLUTIONS E.I.R.L. is the seller, Culqi processes card payments, and Google does not process the subscription.
Plans and trial
The Free plan supports up to ten shortcuts with Tab expansion. Pro Monthly costs USD 2.49 or PEN 9.90 per licensed user each month. Pro Annual costs USD 19.99 or PEN 79.90 per licensed user each year. The displayed PEN price includes applicable Peruvian IGV; country, currency, tax treatment, and recurring total are shown at checkout.
New Pro subscriptions include a fourteen-day trial. A payment method is required, but the first subscription charge is delayed until the trial ends. Culqi may place and reverse a small temporary authorization to verify the card. Cancel before the trial end shown at checkout to avoid the first subscription charge.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Customers can stop future renewals through the Cloudata billing page or support. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the current period ends, while trial access may end when cancellation is processed.
Payment provider
Culqi securely tokenizes and processes card information. Cloudata is the seller and stores the order, customer billing record, subscription identifier, and encrypted license data needed to deliver and administer Pro. Cloudata and the extension do not receive or store full card numbers, security codes, or expiration dates.
License and access
Each paid license is for one user and may be activated only up to the device limit shown at checkout. A valid subscription, purchase email, and license key are required. Access may be suspended when a key is refunded, disabled, expired, shared beyond its limit, or used fraudulently.
Refund policy
The trial is provided so customers can evaluate Pro before the first charge. Refund eligibility, review steps, timing, and statutory rights are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. An approved full refund may end the related paid entitlement.
Changes
Price or material term changes apply prospectively and will be communicated before they affect a renewal. Existing subscriptions retain their current provider price unless the customer changes plan or accepts a new price.
